Congratulations to the students from St. Pauls who won first prize in the homemade cheese section of the Brisbane Cheese Festival at Portside yesterday.

There were over 50 entries in this section so it is a credit to their teacher and lab techs on a very fine effort
I would also like to thank the RNA, Russell Smith and Monica Hammond for organising the PD’s at the RNA which enabled teachers and lab techs to learn the art of cheese making and be able to pass on this skill to science students.

Well done St. Pauls.
