Due to the unexpected delay in online QEST Membership registration portal, we wish to advise the following: for NEW MEMBERS ONLY: Please join QEST manually by filling in the QEST-membership-form-2018-9. Please do this using a pdf reader, as this will reveal the membership type options and their associated fees. Follow the instruction on page two of the form for submitting your form and payment.
