ConQEST 2019

ConQEST2019 “Destination Science: the places you can go”, aims to provide Science Technicians and Educators with specialist training in a breadth of STEM disciplines. The conference focus is centered around implementing successful STEM experiences in senior education and inspiring youths to engage in science.  Delegates will have opportunity be inspired by keynote speakers and take part in practical workshops presented by professionals from educational facilities, industry and research organisations. AGM Documents

Documents for the AGM which will be held on Monday, 2nd July 2018 at ConQEST in Gatton are available for members to download and read prior to the AGM.  Paper copies will not be provided at the meeting. Documents and Reports can be downloaded from the Members Area  (login required to QEST website to access) throughout the week in the leadup to the AGM.  Use the various tabs under the AGM2018 heading.  Please check the website on Thursday, 28th June 2018 for final documents, reports and information on proxy votes etc.

Science ASSIST Dec2017 update

The ASSIST (Australian Science Support Information for Teachers and Technicians) advisory service has been “rebooted” in the last 6 months after more funding has been obtained to keep it running. The demand for the advisory services of Science ASSIST continues to grow. The Science ASSIST website now has over 2,400 registered users and since August 2014 there have been close to 93,000 unique visitors and 40% of these come back to the website!!
